The brief

The brief was a farmhouse that could host three hundred guests for a wedding and still feel private on an ordinary Friday. The masterplan splits the land into an event lawn near the gate and a quieter pool court behind the house.

Citrus and mango form the orchard on the canal side, where the water table is highest. Existing shisham trees were kept and the driveway curves around them.
