Lantern Lawn

An event lawn lit with low sculptural globes, tuned for foggy coastal evenings.

The brief

Coastal fog scatters light, so bright fixtures turn into glare. We used low, warm globes at ground level and kept every source below eye height.

The borders are planted with salt-tolerant shrubs and grasses that hold their shape through winter storms.

Placeholder pair. Final images will show the same viewpoint before and after.
